SBI बैंक में नौकरी पाने का मौका, Clerk से लेकर Specialist Officer बनने तक की पूरी जानकारी दी गई है-

SBI में नौकरी सिर्फ Clerk या PO तक सीमित नहीं है। बैंक अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से Junior Associate, Probationary Officer, Circle Based Officer और Specialist Cadre Officer जैसे पदों पर भी recruitment करता है।

SBI की recruitment को broadly चार हिस्सों में समझ सकते हैं।

Junior Associate (Clerk) –

यह उन candidates के लिए सबसे popular options में से एक है जो banking sector में clerical-level job की शुरुआत करना चाहते हैं।

Probationary Officer (PO) –

Graduation के बाद officer-level banking career बनाने वालों के लिए PO recruitment काफी महत्वपूर्ण होती है।

Circle Based Officer (CBO) –

बैंकिंग experience रखने वाले candidates के लिए CBO recruitment एक अलग opportunity होती है।

Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) –

IT, Finance, Law, Risk Management, HR, Data और दूसरी specialised fields से जुड़े professionals के लिए SBI अलग-अलग specialist posts निकालता है।

SBI Clerk यानी Junior Associate

Qualification कैसी रहती है?

Junior Associate के लिए सामान्य तौर पर graduation मांगी जाती है। लेकिन किसी भी upcoming 2026 notification के लिए final eligibility वही मानी जाएगी जो SBI की official notification में दी जाएगी।

इसलिए सिर्फ किसी पुराने notification को देखकर age limit या qualification तय करना ठीक नहीं होगा।

SBI PO Recruitment

Probationary Officer की job में शुरुआत से ही responsibilities Clerk की तुलना में ज्यादा होती हैं। Selection के बाद candidate को banking operations, customer handling, administration और धीरे-धीरे managerial responsibilities का अनुभव मिलता है।

Circle Based Officer यानी CBO

Bank को IT, cybersecurity, finance, risk management, law, data और दूसरे specialised areas में professionals की भी जरूरत होती है। ऐसे पदों के लिए SBI Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) recruitment जारी करता है।

Application Fee कितनी होगी?

Application fee भी post और recruitment के हिसाब से अलग हो सकती है।

कुछ SBI recruitment में General, EWS और OBC candidates के लिए application/intimation charges लिए जाते हैं, जबकि SC, ST और PwBD candidates को fee exemption मिल सकती है। लेकिन यह rule हर vacancy पर automatically लागू नहीं मानना चाहिए।
